To all who like to hit the gym early I hope you had another good workout. My place is befitnesscenter.com in Delafield, WI. My first run at this social media stuff.
30 minutes of interval running to get to 3.64 miles, then single sets of heavy reps to close out the hour. Will take my Golden Retriever, Murphy for a two mile run soon as he lives for this upon arriving home.
Have a great end to the day and a super night. Will watch some baseball this evening.

A question was asked about Rainmakers Marketing, LLC. We are a Real Estate Marketing providing a low cost tour program for Real Estate Owners to their websites featuring voice and text to match photos of the home/property and now we post them to youtube.com if the Broker so requests.
ReplyDeleteBy the way on a baseball note, I just heard of the passing today of Merle Harmon. A voice I was drawn to you in 1970 when Merle was the first voice of the Milwaukee Brewers. I got to meet and know Merle later in the 70s and what a great person, he is already missed.
Nice visit today with a new client in Winnetka, Il for Rainmakers Marketing, LLC. Nice to see the road work now in the Edens Expressway is at 50% done.
ReplyDeleteHeavy radar crossing into WI by the state patrol and County squads from Kenosha and Racine Counties.
Nice workout thsi moring at befitness center---more on the fund raising goal idea later.

The stars are alive and the day will be nice and I will take my wife to Madison and enjoy the University of Wisconsin spring football game at Camp Randall Stadium.
ReplyDeleteI will be at befitnesscenter by 6am, back to grab my bride, have breakfast and head west to Madison.
The long faces will be waiting for us when we return late this afternoon with Golden's Murphy and Maggie.
The photo in the box About Me, is Murphy doing what he loves, diving off the end of dock at full speed and aiming for the floating tennis ball.
Have a great day evenryone.
Great day in Madison yesterday to take in the UW Spring Football game. Good players on the offensive side of the ball especially with Sophomore QB Curt Phillips and incoming Freshman Jon Budmayr out of Chicago area.
ReplyDeleteBudmayr graduated from his high school in December to enroll into the UW in late January and second term. Phillips needs to be the man ahead of the seniors of Sherer and Tolzein.
Enjoyed another intense workout this morning. Hard cardio run for 30 minutes, heavy, single sets of weights varying from dbells to swiss ball moves with dumbells for rotator cuffs and shoulders.
